ClickFunnels Review for 2022: Compare ClickFunnels Plans, Pros, and Cons

In this ClickFunnels review, I am going to tell about the pros and cons of this sales funnel builder. Nothing is more frustrating than buying a landing page tool and than finding out that it does fit your unique marketing goals. This will help you make an informed decision before buying this sales funnel builder.

Before we go any further we need to understand the differences between the landing page and sales funnel. Yes, they are both web pages but they are much more than that since they are a vital part of your marketing system. I want to make sure you have all the information you need before you decide if ClickFunnels is the right fit for your business strategy.

What is a sales funnel and why would I want to use one?

A sales funnel is the process of making sales in online marketing with static web pages. Everyone who does online business creates sales and marketing funnels for all types of business models. The downside is if you try to build sales funnels without the correct tools and services in place it can get very expensive and time-consuming to manage.

There are different types of sales funnel templates and each one needs to be designed in a way that attracts its intended customer. There are funnels for webinars, sales, membership sites, and subscriber list and each one are very different from the other. The good news is that ClickFunnels has you covered for each of those scenarios.

What is ClickFunnels and why would I use it?

ClickFunnels is an online sales funnel template builder that helps online marketers and businesses market, sell, and deliver their products online. No coding is required, with an easy to use drag and drop page editor. I like ClickFunnels because it is a great tool for simplifying the online marketing process. I went I first started using ClickFunnels I didn’t know the first thing about marketing. I only knew was how to spell marketing!

However, I have learned so much since then with this sales funnel tool because of the great training and community they have around ClickFunnels. If you want to get into online marketing, selling, and delivery of your products and services, then ClickFunnels would the tool I would recommend.

Don’t have your own product or service!? No problem, because you can also market other people’s products and services through affiliate marketing. ClickFunnels provides users with funnel templates that are pre-built for a specific business, product, or service.

Yes, the great part of ClickFunnels is using the landing pages to build your email list. Your email marketing lives and dies by your ability to grow your email list. You can even connect your favorite email service provider that you are already using to your ClickFunnels account.

You can use your favorite autoresponder and shopping cart in ClickFunnels. However, most of their clients only use ClickFunnels to run their marketing businesses. ClickFunnels know that everyone needs flexibility in running their own business.

They understand that you want to use your own favorite tools that you are currently using and comfortable with. ClickFunnels wants you to run your business your way! Who owns the data, content, and subscribers list I build?

You do! Any content (including your subscribers and customers lists) are 100% owned by you. ClickFunnels doesn’t have permission to use that content or contact your users for any reason. ClickFunnels is just a tool for you to deliver your content!

Is ClickFunnels easy to use?

With ClickFunnels, it is easy to create different types of sales funnel from start to finish in minutes. It integrates all the essential tools needed to have a functional and effective sales funnel templates. You can use the drag and drop editor which gives you the flexibility to move, delete, and add elements on the page. You can edit the text on the page by clicking on a text and typing.

Traditional online funneling means you need to deal with website hosting, landing pages, email autoresponders, and more. Then you have to get them to all work together which be a painfully frustrating process and last but not least very expensive. The last thing I want to do is spend time and money with multiple pieces of software.

I save time, money, and my sanity by using ClickFunnels because it is the best all in one sales funnel tool. With a user-friendly interface, you can easily integrate animation, countdown clocks, videos, and other elements to your sales funnel templates. You can perform your A/B split testing on your funnels to see what works and what doesn’t.

Does ClickFunnels have an affiliate program management system?

This is great when you have your own products and/or services that you want to start offering it on a larger scale, this is where affiliate marketing program comes into play. Do I have to pay for updates to my ClickFunnels plan?

No, they give free constant updates to your marketing software. When they add new templates and you will get it all for free! ClickFunnels is on the cloud base framework. When they make an update or add new features, it will automatically show up in your account!

How long is the service contract and am I charged a fee for canceling early?

There are no long term contracts or commitments. You can use ClickFunnels month to month, and cancel at any time you’d like!

How do I know my funnels are secure?

Secure is our top priority, and we built ClickFunnels from the ground up to make sure your funnels, subscribers, and members area are secure. You don’t have to worry about staying up-to-date with “plugins” that can easily be compromised.

If I decide to cancel my ClickFunnels account, will I lose my data?

• You can download your contacts and members’ data to CSV files before canceling your account.

• As with most “software-as-a-service” platforms. When you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible to you.

• You can “pause” your account, instead of canceling. ClickFunnels will keep all your data backed up waiting for you. That way you can come back again later!

What are some disadvantages to ClickFunnels?

You have to pay extra for Backpack. ClickFunnels offers only two plans and I would suggest starting with the lower plan and then upgrade to the higher plan later. The best time to upgrade is after you start generating enough money to easily cover for the cost of the upgrade. That how I would scale my business.

The magnitude of what ClickFunnels can do for you is pretty massive and can be overwhelming to some people. Don’t worry! I think the software is well designed and I found it easy to use.

Do I have to create a separate sales page for my mobile users?

No, don’t have to create a new landing page for mobile but you can optimize your sales funnel for mobile. There’s nothing is worse than a stunning funnel page that is completely not optimized for mobile. Remember that over 50% of your traffic will be coming through mobile devices.
