These baked nachos are great for nights where the whole family gets together to watch a movie or game. Everyone can enjoy putting on whatever toppings they want to make these nachos awesome. I know my family enjoys them and I bet yours will too!
1lb.Beef, chicken, pork, or turkeyGround or shredded (Leftover from another meal.)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F and cook the ground meat thoroughly and drain if needed. Put the meat in a large bowl.
Open and drain the cans of corn and tomatoes, add to the bowl.
Drain and rinse the bean before adding them to the bowl.
Add the Mexican Seasoning to the bowl and mix.
Spray a 9 x 11 Pyrex baking dish with cooking spray and layer chip on the bottom. Sprinkle the top of the chips with half of the cheese.
Put the baking dish into the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the chips are toasted.
While the chips are toasting warm up the bowl of nacho mix in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and spread the nacho mixture from the bowl onto the chips.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese and put back in the oven of 10 minutes or until the cheese melted and bubbly. Serve hot with optional toppings.
