Instructions
Mix the all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Microwave for 90 seconds. (Careful the bowl will be hot!)
Place bowl upside down on a cutting board or plate.
Let it cool before removing the English Muffin from the bowl.
Cut the English Muffin length wise making 2 round muffins.
Notes
If you are only using Coconut flour, because of a nut allergy. Only use 1 1/2 Tbsp. of the Coconut flour.
If you are only using Almond flour, because of a Coconut allergy. Only use 3 Tbsp. of the Almond flour.
This multipurpose Keto bread can be eaten as toast or sandwich bread when making it in a bigger batch.
