You have to try these easy to make 2 Minute Microwave Keto English Muffin! You can even make these Keto English Muffin ahead of time and store them in the freezer. It only takes 90 seconds to cook these muffins in the microwave! This recipe uses coconut flour and almond flour.

2 Minute Microwave Keto English Muffin

I find it easy to make several of these Keto English Muffins and freeze them for another morning. These English Muffins are tasty and low carb to help if you are try out the Keto diet. You can even use them in the toaster! My husband and son are not interest in the Keto but that is ok with me. That means more for me!

Keto English Muffin Ingredients:

  1. 1 Egg
  2. Pinch of Salt
  3. 1 Tbsp. of Almond Flour
  4. 1 Tbsp. of Coconut Flour
  5. 1 Tbsp. of Milk
  6. 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
  7. 1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder

Kitchen Tools:

Keto English Muffin Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Microwave for 90 seconds. (Careful the bowl will be hot!)
  3. Place the bowl upside down on a cutting board or plate.
  4. Let it cool before removing the English Muffin from the bowl.
  5. Cut the English Muffin lengthwise making 2 round muffins.

Notes:

If you are only using Coconut flour, because of a nut allergy. Only use 1 1/2 Tbsp. of the Coconut flour.

If you are only using Almond flour, because of a Coconut allergy. Only use 3 Tbsp. of the Almond flour.

This multipurpose Keto bread can be eaten as toast or sandwich bread when making it in a bigger batch.
