Quick and Easy Baked Chili Dog Casserole

This super easy baked chili dog casserole is a great school night or workweek dinner that can please the pickiest of eater. You can put this dinner together in less than 10 minutes. Even my own teenage son gets excited when I make this meal.

This baked chili dog casserole is perfect for a covered dish to a family for a meal train dinner idea too! Great for a family that just had a new baby or needs a comfort meal because of a loss of a loved one. Food is a great way to show that you care, by share the love of food with others!

  1. 6 Hot Dog Buns
  2. 4 cans of Chili
  3. 12 Cheddar Sausage Dogs
  4. 1 Bag 16 oz. Shredded Mexican Cheese
Quick and Easy Baked Chili Dog Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Open and lay the hot dog buns flat in your baking dish.
  3. Lay the sausage dogs on top of the buns.
  4. Open the cans of chili and spread the chili on top of the buns and sausage.
  1. Put the baking dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Top the baked chili dogs with shredded cheese.
  3. Put the baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese melted and bubbling.
  1. Serve the casserole with a salad or other favorite side dish of your choice.
