This super easy squash apple bake side dish is sure to please your holiday dinner guests. Even my own teenage son and husband begs me to make this squash apple bake every Thanksgiving and Easter dinner. Which is great since every mom loves it when their family want to eat more fruits and vegetables.
I first tried this side dish at a church putlock when my family lived in Wyoming. It was such a creative side dish, and since I am an adventurous eater, I had to try it. I would have never thought to put squash and apples together! This recipe also works great when you swap out the squash for sweet potatoes too!
