Easy Halloween Skeleton Veggie Tray

This Halloween skeleton veggie tray is sure to please at your next Halloween party. It is an easy party food to make and it goes great with dip. It will bring a unique decorative and colorful addition to the table. I have made this veggie tray several times for different parties. You can also layout the vegetables any way you want to fit the theme of your party. The best part, it is also Keto friendly!

Halloween Skeleton Veggie Tray Ingredients:

  1. Ranch Vegetable Dip
  2. 1 Green Bell Pepper
  3. 2 Bags of Baby Carrots
  4. 1 bag of Broccoli Florets
  5. 1 Bunch of Celery
  6. 1 Package of Sliced Mushrooms
  7. 1 Cucumber
  8. 1 Package of Cherry Tomatoes

Halloween Skeleton Veggie Tray Instructions:

  1. Wash all the vegetables before cutting them.
  2. Using a cutting board and knife, cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise to remove the top and seed.
  3. Slice the bell pepper into strips and set to the side.
  4. Cut the celery in four-inch sticks and set to the side.
  5. Cut the ends off the cucumber and slice the remaining piece.
  6. Fill a small bowl with the vegetable dip.
  7. Use along cutting board or platter put the bowl at the top.
  8. Use two tomatoes and carrots for the face.
  9. Make a square with the mushrooms as seen in the picture.
  10. Followed by a row of cucumbers starting at the bowl and moving down to the bottom of the mushroom square. This will make the spine of the skeleton.
  11. Use the peppers to make the rib cage, by placing them on top of the mushroom follow the length of the spine.
  12. Make two stacks of carrots to make the upper arms, followed by broccoli and tomatoes for the fingers.
  13. Make two stacks of celery to make the upper legs, followed by two stacks of carrots.
  14. Use the remaining peppers and tomatoes for the feet.
