Try this unique delish spin on the classic lasagna. This Creamy White Chicken Lasagna is another family favorite and makes a great comfort meal. I also use this recipe as a great freezer meal for pot lucks and dinner guests. Don’t forget to check out my Classic Italian Lasagna recipe here!
I make this White Chicken Lasagna for my family on a regular basis. Goes great with salad and garlic bread. You can even make an extra pan ahead of time put it in the freezer for later!
To make this recipe easier to make you can use Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles. If you haven’t heard of them that y are awesome! You don’t have to pre-boil your noodle which saves you time and burnt fingers from handle hot slippery noodles. You can find these noodles at any supermarket in the pasta aisle.
White Chicken Lasagna Ingredients

- 4 Chicken Breasts, chopped
- 3 Cups of Chopped Spinach (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Box of Oven Ready Lasagna Noodle (These are great, so you can save time not boiling the noodles or burning your fingers!)
- 2 Jars of Alfredo Sauce
- 16 oz. of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 16 Slices of Ham (Lunch meat slices will work great for this.)
- 16 Slices of Provolone Cheese (Lunch cheese slices will work great for this.)

White Chicken Lasagna Instructions
- Add the olive oil to a large saute pan and turn on the heat to medium-high.
- Add the garlic, Italian seasonings. and chopped chicken, cook until well done.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook for 5 minutes. You will want the spinach nice and wilted.
White Chicken Lasagna 1st layer
- Take the 13 x 9 baking dish and lightly cover the bottom with the alfredo sauce.
- Add a layer of oven ready lasagna noodles.
- Put half of the cooked chicken mixture on top of the noodles.
- Sprinkle some of the shredded mozzarella on top of the chicken.
- Lay 8 sliced of ham and swiss on top.
White Chicken Lasagna 2nd layer
- Add a layer of oven ready lasagna noodles and alfredo sauce.
- Put the remaining cooked chicken mixture on top.
- Sprinkle some of the shredded mozzarella on top of the chicken.
- Lay 8 sliced of ham and swiss on top.
White Chicken Lasagna Top layer
- Top with the oven ready lasagna noodles.
- Add 1/2 cup water for every 5 noodles used in the pan.
- Top with alfredo sauce.
- Cover with foil and cook it in the oven at 350*F for 30 minutes.
- After the 30 minutes pull the White Chicken Lasagna out of the oven and top with the remaining cheese.
- Put the White Chicken Lasagna back in the oven for another 15 minutes uncovered or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Suggestion: Serve with salad and garlic bread.

Equipment

- Large Saute Pan
