I love that I can make this easy authentic Mexican pulled pork carnitas recipe in my crockpot insert the night before and stick it in the fridge. Then the next morning before I leave for work, I can put the crockpot insert right into my crockpot on low. The house smells so mouth watering when I get home in the afternoon.

Easy Crockpot Mexican Pulled Pork Carnitas

By the way, this makes a great school night dinner too! My husband and kids enjoy eating these crockpot pork carnitas. Don’t forget to use the Crockpot insert liners that make cleaning up your crockpot so easy, I love those things! Unfortunately, Instant Pot doesn’t have liners for their pot yet, which is a real bummer!

I love coming home from work to find my dinner already cooked! That way, I can simply enjoy the evening with my family. This tasty pork carnitas recipe works great with any slow cooker or Instant Pot too! You can also put this Crockpot Pork Carnitas recipe in a gallon size zip lock bag and throw it in the freezer for your freezer meal stash!
