My family loves this Zucchini Bread recipe. My husband and kids love this recipe and I know your family will love it too. If you haven’t tried this homemade zucchini bread recipe, you should!
Zucchini Bread Ingredients:

- ½ cup Butter softened
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Buttermilk (If you don’t have buttermilk, put 1 cup Milk and 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.)
- 1 cup Shredded Zucchini
- ½ cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Zucchini Bread Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees, grease, and dust with flour two 8 inch loaf pans.
- Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Then add the eggs and buttermilk, and mix well.
- Add vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon to creamed mixture.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Divide batter between two greased loaf pans.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before turning the pan over onto a wire rack to cool.

Homemade Zucchini Bread Recipe
Equipment
- Kitchen Aid Mixer
- 2 bread pans
Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Cinnamon

- 1 cup Zucchini shredded
- ½ cup nuts chopped
Instructions
