How to Make Homemade Cleaning Spray in 3 Easy Steps

Do you want to learn how to make homemade cleaning spray in 3 easy steps? The ingredients you will need are easy to get at the store or on Amazon. With empty store shelves and not a single cleaning wipe insight, I had to get a little creative. Especially, when the Lysol is missing in action too! This what I do when I can’t find cleaning spray at the store.

How to Make Homemade Cleaning Spray

You will need:

2 cups of Isopropyl or Rubbing Alcohol (99% alcohol volume)
50 drops of Essential Oil: Tea Tree oil or Lavender oil
Empty 16 oz. Spray Bottle



Directions:

1) Pour the liquid into the empty spray bottle.

2) Add the essential oil drops into the spray bottle.

3) Close the bottle and shake well.

That’s it, now you have homemade cleaning spray, easy right! This solution is safe to use on stone countertops since it doesn’t contain vinegar. Vinegar can not be used on stone countertops it will damage them. The ingredients in this spray kills the germs. Per the CDC the alcohol being used must be around 60% or higher to kill 99.9% germs.
