This patriotic Red, White, and Blue trifle dessert is quick and easy to make. It is sure to be a big hit at potlucks and BBQs. This is another Pinterest recipe I tried and was not disappointed. It can also be made to fit the Keto style diet as well.

Original Trifle Recipe Version


Trifle Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups Whipping Cream
  2. 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  3. 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling
  4. 1 can Strawberry Pie Filling

Trifle Instructions:

  1. Whip together pudding mix and cream in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well combined.
  2. Spoon into a Trifle bowl and layer with berries.
  3. Keep in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Keto-Friendly Trifle

Keto-Friendly Trifle Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
  2. 1 cup Whipping Cream
  3. 3/4 tsp. Vanilla Stevia Drops or 3 tbsp. Swerve
  4. 1-pint Fresh Blueberries, rinsed and stems removed
  5. 1-pint Fresh Strawberries, rinsed and stems removed

Trifle Instructions:

  1. Whip together mascarpone, cream, and sweetener in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well combined.
  2. Spoon into a Trifle bowl and layer with berries.
  3. Keep in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
